About RuPay SIB Paytag:
Overview: It is a small wearable or contactless payment tag that works like a debit card without physically swiping or inserting it at a terminal. The Paytag is in formats such as Sticker and Wearable tags or keychains.
Technology: It uses Near Field Communication (NFC) technology to make tap-to-pay transactions quickly and securely at contactless POS terminals.
Key Features: For payments above Rs.5,000 and up to Rs.1,00,000 on POS or online, Personal Identification Number (PIN) authentication is required.

- The Paytag supports everyday spending up to Rs.1,00,000 and enables e‑commerce payments using the sticker by entering the card number, expiry date, and Card Verification Value (CVV) through the SIB Mirror+ application(app).
- The Paytag Sticker cannot be used for Automated Teller Machine (ATM) cash withdrawals.
