At Rojgar4u.com, we value transparency and are committed to providing high-quality services to all our users. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any subscription plan or service.

Core Principle (मूल सिद्धांत):
Our services are digital and activated immediately upon successful payment. Therefore, all sales are generally considered final and non-refundable.

1. Paid Services Covered

This policy applies to all paid services offered by Rojgar4u, including but not limited to:

A. For Employers:

  • Subscription Plans: Monthly or annual plans for database access.
  • Profile Unlocks: Fees paid to view candidate contact details.
  • Premium Job Postings: Featured, highlighted, or urgent job listings.

B. For Job Seekers (Value-Added Services):

  • Skill Tests & Assessments: Paid online tests for skill verification.
  • Interview Preparation: Mock interviews, coaching sessions, or premium educational content.
  • Featured Candidate: Fees paid to highlight your profile to employers.
  • Resume Services: Paid resume building or review services.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Instant Activation: Once you purchase a plan or service, it is activated instantly. There is no "cancellation" of an active service.
  • No Auto-Renewal: We currently operate on a "Pay-As-You-Go" model. Your plan will automatically expire at the end of its validity period. You do not need to manually cancel anything to stop future payments.

3. Strict No-Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services, we have a STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY. We do NOT provide refunds or credits for:

  • Partially Used Services: If you stop using a subscription before it expires.
  • Unused Credits: Any unused candidate unlock credits or job posting credits will lapse upon plan expiry and cannot be refunded or carried forward.
  • Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer need the service after purchasing.
  • Poor Outcomes: We do not guarantee hiring success (for employers) or job offers (for job seekers). No refunds will be given based on performance outcomes.
  • Account Termination: If your account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, you will forfeit all remaining credits and validity without refund.

4. Exceptional Circumstances for Refund

Refunds may ONLY be considered in the following rare technical scenarios, at the sole discretion of Rojgar4u management:

  • Double Payment: If you were charged twice for the *same* transaction due to a technical glitch on our payment gateway.
  • Service Failure: If a premium feature you paid for (e.g., a skill test or featured post) was NOT activated at all due to a technical fault on our end, and we are unable to rectify the issue within 72 hours.

5. Refund Process

If you believe you have a valid technical claim for a refund under Section 4:

  1. Contact our support team at support@rojgar4u.com within 3 days of the transaction.
  2. Provide your registered email ID, transaction ID, date of payment, and a clear description of the technical issue.
  3. Our team will investigate the issue. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
