Welcome to Rojgar4u.com ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rojgar4u regarding your use of our website and services.
By registering, accessing, or using Rojgar4u (including via Google/Facebook SSO), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use our services.
1. Platform Role & Nature of Service
Rojgar4u is strictly a technology platform that connects Job Seekers with Employers. We are NOT an employment agency, recruitment firm, or staffing agency.
- We do not guarantee that any Employer will hire a Job Seeker.
- We do not guarantee that any Job Seeker will be suitable for an Employer's needs.
- We are not responsible for any employment decisions, salary negotiations, or work conditions.
2. Value-Added Services & Future Features
Rojgar4u may offer additional paid or free services to enhance user experience. By using these services, you agree to the specific terms associated with them:
A. For Job Seekers:
- Skill Tests & Assessments: We may offer online tests to verify your skills. While these scores may improve your visibility to employers, they do not guarantee a job offer.
- Interview Preparation: We may provide interview coaching, mock interviews, or educational content. These are advisory in nature and do not guarantee success in any real job interview.
- Featured Candidate: You may pay to have your profile highlighted to employers. This increases visibility but does not guarantee selection.
B. For Employers:
- Premium Job Listings: You may pay to have your job posts featured or highlighted for better visibility.
- Database Access: Unlocking candidate profiles ("Get Contact", "Message") is a premium, paid service subject to our Fair Usage Policy.
3. Guest Policy (For Unregistered Users)
Users who browse the website without registering or logging in are considered "Guests."
- Guests may view public information but cannot apply for jobs, post content, or access premium features.
- We collect limited technical data (IP, browser type) from Guests for security and analytics purposes.
- Copying, screenshotting, scraping, or unauthorized use of any content by Guests is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to block access to any Guest engaged in suspicious activity.
4. Job Seeker Policy
By registering as a Job Seeker, you agree to the following:
- Accurate Information: All information provided in your profile (Resume, Photo, Contact Details, Education, Experience) must be true, accurate, and current. Uploading fake resumes or false information is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate account suspension.
- Data Visibility: You acknowledge and agree that your profile information will be visible to verified Employers who have purchased a subscription or paid to unlock your profile.
- No Reselling: You may not resell or share your Rojgar4u account or profile with any third party, agency, or entity.
- Right to Delete: You have the right to request the deletion of your profile and data from our platform at any time by contacting our support team.
- Professional Conduct: You agree to behave professionally. Any form of abusive language, harassment, or inappropriate communication with Employers via our chat system or otherwise will result in an immediate ban.
5. Employer Policy
By registering as an Employer, you agree to the following:
- Legitimate Hiring Only: You must use our platform solely for genuine hiring purposes for your own organization.
- Verifiable Information: You must provide accurate company details, including a valid GSTIN/Registration ID and official contact information, for every job post.
- Data Usage & Privacy: Any candidate data (Name, Phone, Email, Resume) you access via a paid plan is confidential. You are prohibited from reselling, sharing, or distributing this data to any third party, other employers, or agencies.
- No Discrimination: Your hiring process must be free from any discrimination based on gender, caste, religion, or geography.
- Zero Tolerance for Fraud: Asking candidates for money (e.g., registration fees, security deposits, uniform fees) is strictly prohibited. Any Employer found doing so will be immediately banned and reported to legal authorities.
- Data Confidentiality: You agree that you and all your HR staff will comply with this data confidentiality agreement and will not use AI or data-scraping tools to extract data.
6. Payment & Subscription Terms
- Non-Refundable: All payments made to Rojgar4u for subscription plans, profile unlocks, premium job postings, or any other value-added service are FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. Please see our full Refund Policy for details.
- Plan Validity: Subscription plans and credits have a specific validity period (e.g., 3 days, 30 days) as mentioned at the time of purchase. Unused credits will expire after the validity period and cannot be carried forward.
7. Rewards & Gamification Policy
Rojgar4u offers a "Reward Points" system to encourage user engagement (e.g., commenting, reading blogs, Q&A participation).
- No Cash Value: Reward Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, currency, or bank transfers under any circumstances.
- Redemption: Rojgar4u may, at its sole discretion, allow points to be redeemed for discounts on in-app purchases (such as Resume Building Services or Premium Plans).
- Modification: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Reward Points system and any accumulated points at any time without prior notice.
8. User Generated Content & Conduct
When you post comments, questions, or answers on our Blogs or Community Forum:
- Public Nature: You understand that your content is public. Do not share sensitive personal information in comments.
- Prohibited Content: You agree not to post content that is abusive, defamatory, hateful, spam, or violates any laws.
- Rights: By posting content, you grant Rojgar4u a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content. We reserve the right to remove any content or ban any user without notice.
9. Gender Equality & Respect Policy
Rojgar4u is committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment for all users.
- We have a zero-tolerance policy towards sexual harassment, gender-based discrimination, or any form of disrespectful conduct by any user (Job Seeker, Employer, or Staff), in compliance with the POSH Act.
- Any such incident should be reported immediately to our Grievance Officer.
10. Ethics, Compliance & Staff Conduct
- All users must comply with applicable Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
- Staff Conduct Disclosure: Our internal staff (Office, Field, Remote) are bound by strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and our internal Code of Conduct. They are strictly prohibited from sharing any user data externally. Any breach by staff will lead to immediate termination and legal action.
11. AI & Intellectual Property Disclaimer
- AI Content: Our platform may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate content (like job descriptions or skill matches). This is for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee its accuracy or that it is free of errors. You must use your own discretion.
- No Guarantee: Rojgar4u is not liable for any financial, legal, or career decisions you make based on AI-generated content and provides no employment guarantee.
- Our Property: All content on this site (logos, text, design, code) is the property of Rojgar4u.com and protected by copyright. You may not copy or reuse it without permission.
12. Limitation of Liability & Data Breach
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rojgar4u shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use of our service. While we implement industry-standard security measures, no system is impenetrable. **Rojgar4u shall not be liable for any data breach, hacking, or loss of data that occurs despite our reasonable security efforts.**
13. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
14. Policy Updates (For All Users)
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice on our website. **Your continued use of Rojgar4u after such changes become effective constitutes your binding acceptance of the new Terms.**
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Haldwani, Uttarakhand, India.
