- He will succeed Gopal Vittal, who will transition to the role of Executive Vice Chairman (Whole-time Director) of Bharti Airtel.

About Shashwat Sharma:
Experience: Before joining the telecom sector, he spent over 13 years at Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL).
Airtel Leadership Roles: Since joining Airtel in 2018, he has held key positions including Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Head of Consumer Business, and currently serves as CEO Designate of Airtel India.

Akhil Garg: Appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
