Policy Clarification: Through a Policy Circular dated April 15, 2026, the GoI clarified the scope of Component II of the RELIEF, related to Export Credit Guarantee Corporation of India (ECGC) insurance support.

- It stated that exporters obtaining a fresh Whole Turnover Policy on or after March 16, 2026 will also be eligible, thereby enhancing clarity and encouraging wider participation, especially among new policyholders.
