राज्य स्तर पर गठित स्प्रिंग एण्ड रिवर रिजुविनेशन आथॉरिटी (SARRA) के अन्तर्गत हरिद्वार, बागेश्वर, पिथौरागढ़, देहरादून, चम्पावत एवं ऊधमसिंह नगर जनपदों में जिला SARRA केन्द्रों की स्थापना की गई है। इन केन्द्रों के कार्यों के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन के लिए अनुबंध के आधार पर तकनीकी विशेषज्ञों की नियुक्ति की जानी है।
SARRA उत्तराखण्ड में जल स्रोतों के पुनर्जीवन हेतु एक समर्पित प्रयास है। इच्छुक एवं योग्य अभ्यर्थी 10 जून 2025 तक ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

2. Detailed Description
The Spring and River Rejuvenation Authority (SARRA), under the Directorate of Watershed Management, Uttarakhand, aims to manage and monitor the adverse impacts of climate change and human activities on natural springs and river systems using modern technologies.
To implement and coordinate works at district-level SARRA centers in Pithoragarh, Haridwar, Bageshwar, Dehradun, Champawat, and Udham Singh Nagar, applications are invited from eligible candidates for contractual posts of Technical Expert and Geo-Hydrologist.
स्प्रिंग एवं नदी पुनर्जीवन प्राधिकरण (SARRA) जलवायु परिवर्तन एवं मानवजनित प्रभावों से प्राकृतिक जल स्रोतों पर पड़ने वाले प्रभावों के नियोजन व अनुश्रवण हेतु कार्यरत एक राज्य स्तरीय इकाई है। इन कार्यों के क्रियान्वयन हेतु तकनीकी विशेषज्ञों की आवश्यकता है।

3. Roles and Responsibilities
Technical Expert (Planning & Monitoring):
• Assist in district-level planning, project execution, and monitoring
• Ensure technical coordination among various agencies
• Generate analytical reports and data-based decisions
Geo-Hydrologist:
• Conduct hydro-geological surveys and assessments
• Recommend technical solutions for spring and river rejuvenation
• Support in groundwater recharge, aquifer mapping, and data modeling

5. Educational Qualifications
Technical Expert (Planning & Monitoring):
• Master's Degree in Natural Resource Management / Environmental Science / Rural Development / Civil Engineering / Water Resource Management or related fields
Geo-Hydrologist:
• M.Sc / M.Tech in Geology / Applied Geology / Hydrogeology / Water Resources Engineering or equivalent

6. Other Qualifications
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in relevant fields
• Proficiency in GIS / Remote Sensing desirable for Geo-Hydrologists
• Working knowledge of MS Office, Report Preparation
