Policy Bazaar (PB Partners) is hiring energetic and result-driven professionals for its Health Agency Vertical in the POSP channel. Candidates with experience in Life or Health Insurance Agency model are preferred. Multiple openings are available across Uttarakhand and Western Uttar Pradesh locations.
पॉलिसी बाजार (PB पार्टनर्स) अपनी हेल्थ एजेंसी वर्टिकल (POSP चैनल) के लिए जोशीले और परिणाम-उन्मुख पेशेवरों की भर्ती कर रहा है। जीवन या स्वास्थ्य बीमा एजेंसी मॉडल का अनुभव रखने वाले उम्मीदवारों को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी। उत्तराखंड और पश्चिमी उत्तर प्रदेश के विभिन्न स्थानों पर कई पद खाली हैं।
2. Detailed Description
Candidates will be working under POSP (Point of Sales Person) Health Agency Model. The role involves team handling, agent recruitment, and business growth through retail health insurance. Positions are open for ARM (Agency Relationship Manager), RM (Relationship Manager), and SRM (Senior Relationship Manager) based on experience.
उम्मीदवारों को POSP हेल्थ एजेंसी मॉडल के तहत कार्य करना होगा। इसमें टीम हैंडलिंग, एजेंट की भर्ती और रिटेल हेल्थ इंश्योरेंस के माध्यम से व्यवसाय वृद्धि शामिल है। अनुभव के अनुसार ARM, RM और SRM पदों पर नियुक्तियाँ की जाएंगी।
3. Roles and Responsibilities
• Appointing and onboarding new POSP Health Insurance Agents
• Driving health insurance sales targets
• Training and mentoring POSP agents
• Market mapping and regular field visits
• Reporting daily activities to Area Managers
• POSP हेल्थ इंश्योरेंस एजेंटों की नियुक्ति व ऑनबोर्डिंग
• हेल्थ इंश्योरेंस बिक्री लक्ष्यों को पूरा करना
• एजेंटों को प्रशिक्षण और मार्गदर्शन प्रदान करना
• बाजार का विश्लेषण और नियमित फील्ड विज़िट
• क्षेत्रीय प्रबंधकों को दैनिक रिपोर्टिंग करना

5. Educational Qualifications
Graduation in any stream from a recognized university
किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से किसी भी विषय में स्नातक अनिवार्य
6. Other Qualifications
• Prior experience in Health or Life Insurance Agency Channel preferred
• Good communication and field sales skills
• हेल्थ या लाइफ इंश्योरेंस एजेंसी चैनल में अनुभव को वरीयता
• अच्छा संप्रेषण व फील्ड सेल्स कौशल होना चाहिए
