विस्तृत विवरण / Detailed Description
आयुष मंत्रालय भारत सरकार की राष्ट्रीय आयुष मिशन योजना के अंतर्गत जिला पिथौरागढ़ हेतु अनुबंध के आधार पर एक कार्यक्रम प्रबंधक की आवश्यकता है। इस पद हेतु चयन पूर्णत: वॉक-इन-इंटरव्यू के माध्यम से किया जाएगा। नियुक्ति 11 माह की होगी या योजना समाप्ति तक, अधिकतम मानदेय ₹35,000/- मासिक देय होगा।
Under the National AYUSH Mission of the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, one post of Program Manager is available on a contractual basis in Pithoragarh district. The appointment will be made through walk-in interview and will be for 11 months or till the end of the scheme. A maximum monthly honorarium of ₹35,000/- will be provided.

कर्तव्यों और जिम्मेदारियां / Roles and Responsibilities
• सार्वजनिक स्वास्थ्य कार्यक्रमों के प्रभावी प्रबंधन हेतु रणनीति विकसित करना।
• योजना कार्यान्वयन की निगरानी एवं रिपोर्टिंग करना।
• जिला, राज्य और राष्ट्रीय स्तर की स्वास्थ्य योजनाओं में भागीदारी।
• डाटा एनालिसिस, रिपोर्टिंग एवं एमएस ऑफिस टूल्स का उपयोग।
• Develop strategic plans for effective public health program management.
• Monitor and report on scheme implementation.
• Engage in health schemes/missions at district, state, and national level.
• Utilize MS Office tools for data analysis, presentation, and documentation.

शैक्षिक योग्यता / Educational Qualifications
• किसी भी विषय में स्नातक (AYUSH सहित)
• MBA in Healthcare Management / Masters in Health/Hospital Administration
• AICTE मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थान से दो वर्षीय हॉस्पिटल एवं हेल्थकेयर मैनेजमेंट डिप्लोमा
• Graduation in any discipline (including AYUSH)
• MBA in Healthcare Management / Masters in Health or Hospital Administration
• Two-year PG diploma in Hospital & Healthcare Management from AICTE recognized institute

अन्य योग्यताएं / Other Qualifications
• पब्लिक हेल्थ प्रोग्राम में कम से कम 3 वर्षों का अनुभव
• सोशल सेक्टर मिशन में कार्य अनुभव
• कंप्यूटर ज्ञान: MS Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• हेल्थ सेक्टर विशेषकर AYUSH में कार्य अनुभव रखने वालों को प्राथमिकता
• Minimum 3 years of experience in public health programs
• Exposure to social sector schemes/missions
• Computer knowledge: MS Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Preference to candidates with experience in AYUSH and healthcare sector
