Career: He began his career with ‘The Motherland’ in 1971, worked with Financial Express (FE) from 1974 to 1996, later served as Executive Editor of The Observer of Business and Politics, and held key positions in journalists’ associations.
Public Roles: He served as Chairman of the National Commission for Youth, member of the Delhi Finance Commission (1996–97), and was a Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP),leader and former Rajya Sabha MP.
Authorship: He authored ‘Tryst with Ayodhya: Decolonisation of India and Narrative ka Mayajaal’ and wrote columns in Hindi and English publications.
