In April 2026, Rathi Steel and Power Limited (RSPL), a leading special steel manufacturer, received the GreenPro Ecolabel Certification from the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) for its Rathi Powertech TMT rebars (Thermo-Mechanically Treated reinforcement bar) manufactured at its Ghaziabad (Uttar Pradesh, UP) unit.
About GreenPro Certification:
Coverage: The certification covers Fe 550 grade TMT rebars produced at RSPL’s Ghaziabad manufacturing unit.
Eco Label: It is a Type-1 Eco label that certifies environmental performance, aligns with global standards, and supports Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) and Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) green building credits.
