Dignitaries: The signing ceremony was attended by Dr. V. K. Saraswat, Member of National Institution for Transforming India (NITI) Aayog, Prof. Shekhar C. Mande, President of INSA, Dr. Geetha Vani Rayasam, Director of CSIR-NIScPR, and others.
Initiatives: The MoU promotes joint policy research, co-authored publications, pilot projects, capacity-building, and outreach programmes.
