Indian Navy’s 1TS Begins Long Range Training Deployment to Southeast Asia
On January 7, 2026, the First Training Squadron (1TS) of the Indian Navy (IN) began its Long-Range Training Deployment (LRTD) to Southeast Asia, part of the 110th Integrated Officers’ Training Course (IOTC), giving naval cadets real operational experience at sea.
