Justice A Muhamed Mustaque Takes Oath as 24th CJ Sikkim HC
In January 2026, Justice Muhamed Mustaque Ayumantakatha, senior-most Judge of Kerala High Court(HC), officially sworn-in as the 24th Chief Justice(CJ) of Sikkim HC. The oath of office was administered by Om Prakash Mathur, Governor of Sikkim at a function held at the Lok Bhawan in Gangtok, Sikkim.
