- The MoU was signed by Rajat Kumar, Secretary (Commerce & Industries), Government of Chhattisgarh and Rajeev Kumar Singhal, Director (Business Development), GAIL (India) Limited, in the presence of Vishnu Deo Sai, Chief Minister (CM) of Chhattisgarh.
