In April 2026, Meghalaya Chief Minister(CM) Conrad K. Sangma , launched the CM-INSPIRE (Chief Minister’s Incentive for Success in Prelims and Innovative Rewards for Excellence) Scheme for Union Public Service Commission(UPSC) Aspirants to reduce preparation costs and improve the state’s representation in the civil services.
