1. मुख्य विवरण: भारतीय स्टेट बैंक (SBI) हैदराबाद में अपने कैश मैनेजमेंट प्रोडक्ट ऑपरेशंस सेंटर (CMPOC) के लिए अनुबंध के आधार पर SBI के सेवानिवृत्त अधिकारियों को सपोर्ट ऑफिसर के रूप में नियुक्त कर रहा है। कुल 9 रिक्तियां उपलब्ध हैं। 2. उत्तरदायित्व: CRM हेल्प डेस्क के लिए टिकट जनरेशन और समाधान का प्रबंधन। VDMS और LOC के लिए सरकारी विभागों के साथ फॉलो-अप। सरकारी खातों के लिए समाप्त हो चुकी सीमाओं का फॉलो-अप। नकद और चेक पिक-अप एजेंसियों से संबंधित शिकायतों का निवारण। ग्राहकों से CMP सेवा शुल्क की वसूली करना। CRM हेल्पडेस्क में टिकट आवंटित करना और समय पर बंद करना सुनिश्चित करना। शाखा प्रसंस्करण त्रुटियों से संबंधित ग्राहकों की शिकायतों का प्रबंधन। बैंकिंग ग्राहकों के लिए समाधान (Reconciliation) प्रयासों का समर्थन। समय पर LOC जारी करने के लिए CDA और CDO अधिकारियों के साथ समन्वय। बैंक द्वारा सौंपे गए अन्य प्रशासनिक कार्यों का निष्पादन। 3. योग्यता / पात्रता: आवेदक SBI के सेवानिवृत्त अधिकारी होने चाहिए जो 60 वर्ष की आयु में सेवानिवृत्त हुए हों। स्वैच्छिक सेवानिवृत्ति/इस्तीफा देने वाले अधिकारी पात्र नहीं हैं। सेवा रिकॉर्ड निष्कलंक होना चाहिए और संबंधित क्षेत्र में पेशेवर क्षमता होनी चाहिए। 26.02.2026 को अधिकतम आयु 63 वर्ष होनी चाहिए। 4. शुल्क / वेतन विवरण: मासिक पारिश्रमिक MMGS-II/III के लिए रु 45,000 और SMGS-IV के लिए रु 50,000 है। अनुबंध के दौरान कोई अतिरिक्त सुविधाएं/भविष्य निधि नहीं दी जाएगी। 5. आवेदन प्रक्रिया: sbi.bank.in/web/careers/current-openings पर 26-02-2026 से 18-03-2026 तक ऑनलाइन आवेदन करें। चयन शॉर्टलिस्टिंग और साक्षात्कार के आधार पर होगा। (प्राइवेट/MNC/अन्य ब्लॉक: आवेदकों को करियर पोर्टल पर पंजीकरण करना चाहिए और सभी अनिवार्य दस्तावेज अपलोड करने चाहिए। चयन बातचीत/साक्षात्कार स्कोर पर आधारित होगा। बैंक का निर्णय अंतिम है।)
