माननीय राष्ट्रीय विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण (नालसा) की Legal Aid Defense Counsel System (Modified Scheme) 2022 के अंतर्गत जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण, रुद्रपुर, उधम सिंह नगर में विभिन्न पदों के लिए संविदा के आधार पर भर्ती की जा रही है। यह नियुक्तियाँ पूर्णत: अस्थायी होंगी और प्रदर्शन के आधार पर समय-समय पर समीक्षा की जाएगी।
Recruitment is being conducted under the Legal Aid Defense Counsel System (LADCS), modified scheme 2022 by the District Legal Services Authority, Rudrapur, for the year 2025-26. These contractual positions will be reviewed based on performance and continued funding.

यह भर्ती Deputy Chief Legal Aid Defense Counsel, Assistant Legal Aid Defense Counsel, Clerk तथा Peon के पदों पर की जा रही है। सभी पद संविदा आधारित हैं और चयनित उम्मीदवारों को भारतीय विधिक सेवा प्रणाली में काम करने का अवसर मिलेगा।
Applications are invited for contractual posts under LADCS 2022 scheme for various roles. Selected candidates will get a chance to serve the Indian legal aid framework with integrity and commitment.

Roles and Responsibilities
Deputy Chief Legal Aid Defense Counsel
• Minimum 7 वर्षों का आपराधिक कानून में अनुभव
• केस रिसर्च, कोर्ट ट्रायल में उपस्थिति, टीम लीड करना
• न्यूनतम 20 सत्र अदालतों में ट्रायल का अनुभव
• Excellent legal drafting and leadership
• Team coordination and ethical handling of defense
Assistant Legal Aid Defense Counsel
• 1 से 3 वर्षों का आपराधिक कानून में अनुभव
• Legal research और drafting का अनुभव
• Written और verbal communication में दक्षता
Office Assistant/Clerk
• रिकॉर्ड प्रबंधन, डेटा एंट्री, फाइल मेंटेनेंस
• 40 WPM की टाइपिंग स्पीड
• कंप्यूटर व MS Office का ज्ञान
Office Peon (Munsi/Attendant)
• कार्यालय की सफाई, डाक पहुंचाना, पानी/चाय सर्व करना
• हाई स्कूल न्यूनतम योग्यता

न्यूनतम आयु: 18 वर्ष
अधिकतम आयु: 45 वर्ष
Relaxation: सरकारी नियमानुसार लागू होगी।

Educational Qualifications
Deputy Chief Counsel: LLB with 7+ years criminal law practice
Assistant Counsel: LLB with 1–3 years experience
Clerk: Graduation + Typing + Computer Knowledge
Peon: Minimum High School Pass

Other Qualifications
• Proficiency in legal research tools, ethics, communication
• IT knowledge for all technical posts
• Local language fluency preferred
