SETU, an autonomous policy think-tank of the Uttarakhand Government, is mandated to lead data-driven, inclusive, and tech-enabled governance reforms. As the state approaches its 25th foundation year, SETU is pivotal in shaping the vision of a Viksit Uttarakhand.
उत्तराखंड सरकार द्वारा स्थापित सेतु एक स्वायत्त संस्था है जो नीतिगत सुधारों, डेटा आधारित योजना एवं नवाचार के माध्यम से राज्य को "सशक्त उत्तराखंड @ 25" की दिशा में अग्रसर कर रही है।

भूमिका और जिम्मेदारियाँ | Roles and Responsibilities
Advisor (Policy / Data / Urban):

Lead policy formulation, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement.

Strategize good governance reforms, monitor outcomes.

Domain Lead (Policy / Data):

Support policy design and evidence-based planning.

Coordinate with government departments, assist senior advisors.

Research Associate (Economy / M&E / Data):

Conduct research, analyze large datasets, support publication and report drafting.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for data collection and validation.

परामर्शदाता: नीति निर्माण, सांख्यिकी विश्लेषण एवं शहरी योजनाओं में नेतृत्व देना।
डोमेन लीड: संबंधित क्षेत्र में विशेषज्ञ सहयोग प्रदान करना।
रिसर्च एसोसिएट: डेटा संकलन, विश्लेषण व रिपोर्ट निर्माण में सहयोग।

योग्यता | Educational Qualifications
Advisor: Master’s (PhD preferred) in Public Policy, Economics, Urban Studies, IT, etc.
Domain Lead: Master’s in relevant subjects with 6–8 years of experience.
Research Associate: Master’s with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
भाषा दक्षता: हिंदी और अंग्रेजी में प्रवाह अनिवार्य।

आयु सीमा | Age Limit
Advisor: Upto 65 वर्ष

Domain Lead: Upto 45 वर्ष

Research Associate: Upto 35 वर्ष
छूट | Relaxation: उत्तराखंड सरकार के नियमानुसार

अन्य योग्यताएँ | Other Requirements
अनुभव: शासन, नीति निर्माण, अनुसंधान, डाटा एनालिटिक्स में अनुभवी।

प्रासंगिक प्रकाशनों में योगदान व प्रशासनिक कार्य में विशेषज्ञता वांछनीय।
