The Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) on Saturday denied reports claiming that a 5-minute clip from actor-politician Vijay's film 'Jana Nayagan' was leaked from its end. Calling such reports "baseless and misleading", the CBFC stated that the film cannot be accessed without a valid KDM (Key Delivery Message) system.
