TVK chief and actor Vijay's wife Sangeetha Sornalingam, in her divorce petition, alleged that his extra-marital affair with an actress caused her and their children "emotional agony". Sangeetha alleged that Vijay's girlfriend would share pictures from their foreign trips together on social media. "These posts, widely circulated, caused repeated humiliation to her and children," read the petition.
