Tata Trusts Chairman Noel Tata, industrialist Ratan Tata's successor, placed three conditions for backing N Chandrasekaran's reappointment as Tata Sons Chairman for the third time, CNBC-TV18 reported. Tata insisted that Tata Sons not be listed and that it not undertake investments that may endanger the company's liquidity position. He also demanded a resolution of SP Group's pending matters.
