Bangladesh has resumed full visa and consular services for Indian nationals at its missions in India. Services were suspended since late December 2025 due to security concerns and protests near diplomatic premises. The move follows Tarique Rahman's swearing-in as Prime Minister, replacing the Muhammad Yunus-led interim government during which ties with India had deteriorated.
