Fugitive businessman Vijay Mallya told Bombay High Court he's not in a position to specify when he'll return to India. Mallya's reply came after the court warned him that he must return to India, else it wouldn't hear his plea challenging the order declaring him a fugitive economic offender. He said the restrictions imposed by UK courts prevent his travel.
