Dr. Neena Malhotra, Secretary (South), Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), chaired the Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa (BRICS) Deputy Foreign Ministers and Special Envoys for the Middle East and North Africa (BRICS MENA) meeting in New Delhi, Delhi, on 23–24 April 2026, in line with India’s BRICS Chairship.
