Detailed Description

Government Medical College, Haldwani (Nainital), Uttarakhand, invites eligible candidates for faculty positions in various departments for U.G./P.G. courses. The recruitment will be done through a Walk-in-Interview scheduled for 9th April 2025 (Wednesday) from 10:30 AM onwards at the Office of the Director, Medical Education Directorate, 107-Chandernagar, Dehradun, Uttarakhand.

These are contractual positions initially for one year, extendable annually based on performance, for a maximum duration of three years or until regular appointments are made.

Age Limits

Minimum Age: 18 years

Maximum Age: As per NMC norms

Relaxation: As per Uttarakhand State Government rules

Educational Qualifications

For Specialty Departments: MD/MS/DNB in the relevant field

For Super-Specialty Departments: DM/M.Ch./DNB in the relevant field

Other Qualifications

Candidates should have relevant teaching experience as per National Medical Commission (NMC) norms.

Registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) / State Medical Council is mandatory.

Experience certificates must be provided for relevant positions.

Candidates in Government service must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer.
