KITM (Khateema Institute of Technology & Management) invites applications for faculty positions in Banking & Financial Management, Hotel Management, and Journalism & Mass Communication. These roles involve teaching, curriculum development, research guidance and industry collaboration in their respective fields. Candidates should help strengthen KITM’s academic programs – for example, KITM offers streams like Business & Management, Hospitality & Travel, and Mass Communication, which align with these positions. Roles and Responsibilities (भूमिकाएँ और जिम्मेदारियाँ)
निम्नलिखित भूमिका और जिम्मेदारियाँ इन पदों के लिए अपेक्षित हैं –
• Assistant Professor – Banking & Financial Management: Conduct lectures and seminars on banking, finance and related subjects; develop course materials and industry-relevant curriculum; mentor and guide students on academic projects and internships; engage in research and liaise with financial institutions. सहायक प्रोफेसर – बैंकिंग एवं वित्त प्रबंधन: बैंकिंग, वित्त एवं संबंधित विषयों पर व्याख्यान और सेमिनार देना; पाठ्यक्रम सामग्री तैयार करना और उद्योगोन्मुख पाठ्यक्रम विकसित करना; छात्रों को परियोजनाओं और इंटर्नशिप में मार्गदर्शन करना; शोध करना और वित्तीय संस्थानों से संपर्क बनाना।
• Lecturer/Assistant Professor – Hotel Management: Teach hotel management subjects (e.g., food & beverage, front office, housekeeping); conduct practical training sessions and workshops; supervise student events or industry visits; develop hospitality management modules; coordinate internships with hotels and resorts. व्याख्याता/सहायक प्रोफेसर – होटल प्रबंधन: होटल प्रबंधन के विषय (जैसे फूड एंड बेवरेज, फ्रंट ऑफिस, हाउसकीपिंग) पढ़ाना; व्यावहारिक प्रशिक्षण सत्र और कार्यशालाएँ आयोजित करना; छात्र कार्यक्रमों या इंडस्ट्री विज़िट का पर्यवेक्षण करना; आतिथ्य प्रबंधन मॉड्यूल विकसित करना; होटलों और रिसॉर्ट्स के साथ इंटर्नशिप समन्वय करना।
• Assistant Professor – Journalism & Mass Communication: Deliver lectures in journalism, mass communication and media studies; guide students on media projects, content creation and reporting; organize seminars, guest lectures and workshops with media professionals; incorporate new media and technology trends into teaching; supervise college publications or media clubs. सहायक प्रोफेसर – पत्रकारिता एवं जनसंचार: पत्रकारिता, जनसंचार और मीडिया अध्ययन पर व्याख्यान देना; मीडिया परियोजनाओं, सामग्री निर्माण और रिपोर्टिंग में छात्रों का मार्गदर्शन करना; मीडिया पेशेवरों के साथ सेमिनार, अतिथि व्याख्यान और कार्यशालाएँ आयोजित करना; शिक्षण में नए मीडिया और तकनीकी रुझानों को शामिल करना; कॉलेज प्रकाशनों या मीडिया क्लबों की देखरेख करना।
Age Limits (आयु सीमा)
• English: Candidates should be between 18 and 45 years of age.
• Hindi: उम्मीदवारों की आयु 18 से 45 वर्ष के बीच होनी चाहिए।
Educational Qualifications (शैक्षणिक योग्यता)
• Banking & Financial Management: Master’s degree (MBA, M.Com with specialization in Finance/Banking or related) with first class or equivalent. UGC-NET/SET/Ph.D. in Commerce/Finance preferred. शैक्षिक: एमबीए/एम.कॉम (वित्त/बैंकिंग में विशेषज्ञता) या संबंधित विषय में स्नातकोत्तर, प्रथम श्रेणी। वरीयता: यूजीसी-नेट/एसईटी/पीएच.डी. (वाणिज्य/वित्त)।
• Hotel Management: Master’s (MBA in Hospitality/Tourism Management, MHM) or BHMCT (Bachelor of Hotel Management & Catering) with first class. Teaching experience or industry certification preferred; NET/SET/Ph.D. in Hospitality Management is an advantage. शैक्षिक: एमबीए (अतिथि सत्कार/पर्यटन प्रबंधन में) या एमएचएम या बीएचएमसीटी (होटल प्रबंधन में स्नातक) प्रथम श्रेणी में। शिक्षण अनुभव या उद्योग प्रमाणपत्र वरीय; हॉस्पिटैलिटी प्रबंधन में यूजीसी-नेट/एसईटी/पीएच.डी. अतिरिक्त लाभ।
• Journalism & Mass Communication: Master’s degree (M.A.) in Journalism, Mass Communication or equivalent first-class degree. Preference for NET/SET/Ph.D. in Mass Communication or allied field. शैक्षिक: पत्रकारिता, जनसंचार में एम.ए. या समकक्ष प्रथम श्रेणी। वरीयता: जनसंचार या संबंधित क्षेत्र में यूजीसी-नेट/एसईटी/पीएच.डी।
Other Qualifications (अन्य योग्यता)
• Proven teaching experience in the relevant field (minimum 2 years) or industry experience in banking/finance, hospitality or media. अनुभव: संबंधित क्षेत्र में न्यूनतम 2 वर्षों का शिक्षण अनुभव या बैंकिंग/मीडिया/होटल उद्योग में काम करने का अनुभव।
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to motivate students and work as part of an academic team. अनुभव: उत्कृष्ट संचार-कौशल और अंतरव्यक्तिगत कौशल; छात्रों को प्रेरित करने और शैक्षणिक टीम का हिस्सा बनने की क्षमता।
