Applications are invited from eligible 403Indian Citizens for appointment as Junior Associate (Customer Support & Sales) in clerical cadre in State Bank of India. Total Vacancies: 5583 (Regular: 5180, Backlog: 403) spread across various Circles/States/UTs. कुल रिक्तियां: 5583 (नियमित: 5180, बैकलॉग: 403) विभिन्न सर्किलों/राज्यों/केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों में फैली हुई हैं।

Probation Period: Newly appointed Junior Associates will be on probation for a Minimum period of 6 months. Important Note: Candidates who are working in SBI in the Clerical cadre or who were earlier employed in State Bank of India and resigned from the Bank while in clerical cadre are not eligible to apply. Candidates against whom there is/are adverse report regarding character & antecedents, moral turpitude etc. are not eligible. Those who have defaulted in repayment under any lending arrangement with Banks or NBFCs and have not regularized/repaid their outstanding till the date of issuance of letter of offer of appointment shall not be eligible.

3. Roles and Responsibilities
As Junior Associate (Customer Support & Sales) in the clerical cadre, candidates will be required to make customer calls and provide banking services, advisory services and cross sell products etc. inside and outside Bank premises. The duties may involve extensive outdoor travelling. 5. Educational Qualifications

Candidates having integrated dual degree (IDD) certificate should ensure that the date of passing the IDD is on or before 31.12.2025. जिन उम्मीदवारों के पास एकीकृत दोहरी डिग्री (आईडीडी) प्रमाण पत्र है, उन्हें यह सुनिश्चित करना चाहिए कि आईडीडी उत्तीर्ण करने की तिथि 31.12.2025 को या उससे पहले हो।

Such certificates should be dated on or before 31.12.2025. मैट्रिकुलेट भूतपूर्व सैनिक, जिन्होंने संघ के सशस्त्र बलों में कम से कम 15 वर्ष की सेवा पूरी करने के बाद भारतीय सेना विशेष शिक्षा प्रमाण पत्र या नौसेना या वायु सेना में संबंधित प्रमाण पत्र प्राप्त किया है, वे भी इस पद के लिए पात्र हैं। ऐसे प्रमाण पत्र 31.12.2025 को या उससे पहले के होने चाहिए।
6. Other Qualifications
Proficiency (reading, writing, speaking and understanding) in the specified opted local language of the State/UT applied for is essential. Candidates who produce a 10th or 12th standard mark sheet/ certificate evidencing having studied the specified opted local language will not be required to undergo the language test. आवेदन किए गए राज्य/केंद्र शासित प्रदेश की निर्दिष्ट स्थानीय भाषा में प्रवीणता (पढ़ना, लिखना, बोलना और समझना) अनिवार्य है। जो उम्मीदवार 10वीं या 12वीं कक्षा की मार्कशीट/प्रमाण पत्र प्रस्तुत करते हैं जिसमें निर्दिष्ट स्थानीय भाषा का अध्ययन करने का प्रमाण होता है, उन्हें भाषा परीक्षण से गुजरना नहीं होगा।

• Scanned (digital) image of recent passport style colour photograph (4.5 cm x 3.5 cm), against a light-coloured/white background, dimensions 200 x 230 pixels, size 20 kb–50 kb. Retain at least 8 copies.
• Scanned (digital) image of signature (on white paper with Black Ink pen, dimensions 140 x 60 pixels, size 10 kb – 20 kb). Signature in CAPITAL LETTERS shall NOT be accepted.
• Scanned (digital) image of left hand thumb impression (on white paper with black or blue ink, dimensions 240 x 240 pixels in 200 DPI, size 20 kb – 50 kb). If candidate does not have a left thumb, right thumb may be used.
• Scanned (digital) image of hand-written declaration in English (on a white paper with black ink, dimensions 800 x 400 pixels in 200 DPI, size 50 kb- 100 kb).
o The text for the hand-written declaration is: “I,______(Name of the candidate), Date of Birth ______hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. • One photo identity proof such as passport/ Aadhar/ PAN Card/ Driving License/ Voter's Card/ Bank Passbook with duly attested Photograph/ Identity Card issued by School or College/ Gazetted Officer in the official letter head in original as well as a self-attested photocopy thereof at the time of examination.
• Copies of necessary certificates for age relaxation at the time of joining.
• OBC certificate on the format prescribed by Govt. of India, having “Non-Creamy Layer’’ clause issued during period 01.04.2025 to the date of taking up appointment, if selected.
• ‘Income and Asset Certificate’ issued by a Competent Authority on the Govt. of India format for the financial year 2024-25 and valid for the year 2025-26 as per the extant DoPT guidelines for EWS candidates, to be produced for verification on the date of document verification.
• Caste certificate issued by Competent Authority on the format prescribed by the Government of India for SC/ ST candidates, during document verification.
• Latest disability certificate issued by a Competent Authority as per Government of India guidelines for PwBD candidates. The certificate should be dated on or before last date of registration of application.
• Undertaking for scribe (if applicable).

• भारत सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित प्रारूप पर ओबीसी प्रमाण पत्र, जिसमें “नॉन-क्रीमी लेयर” खंड हो, जो 01.04.2025 से नियुक्ति लेने की तारीख तक जारी किया गया हो, यदि चयनित होते हैं।
• ईडब्ल्यूएस उम्मीदवारों के लिए भारत सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित प्रारूप पर सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा जारी ‘आय और संपत्ति प्रमाण पत्र’ वित्तीय वर्ष 2024-25 के लिए और वर्ष 2025-26 के लिए वैध, मौजूदा डीओपीटी दिशानिर्देशों के अनुसार, दस्तावेज़ सत्यापन की तारीख पर सत्यापन के लिए प्रस्तुत किया जाना है।
• एससी/एसटी उम्मीदवारों के लिए भारत सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित प्रारूप पर सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा जारी जाति प्रमाण पत्र, दस्तावेज़ सत्यापन के दौरान।
• पीडब्ल्यूबीडी उम्मीदवारों के लिए भारत सरकार के दिशानिर्देशों के अनुसार सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा जारी नवीनतम विकलांगता प्रमाण पत्र। प्रमाण पत्र आवेदन के पंजीकरण की अंतिम तिथि को या उससे पहले का होना चाहिए।
• लेखक के लिए वचनबद्धता (यदि लागू हो)।
• भूतपूर्व सैनिकों के लिए: प्रोफार्मा ‘ए’ के अनुसार प्रमाण पत्र (यदि डिस्चार्ज प्रमाण पत्र नहीं है), या प्रोफार्मा ‘बी’ और ‘सी’ (31.08.2026 तक सेवा से मुक्त होने वाले सेवारत कर्मियों के लिए), या प्रोफार्मा ‘डी’ (विस्तारित कार्यभार पर सेवारत कर्मियों के लिए)। सेवारत कर्मियों के लिए बैंक में शामिल होने के समय स्व-घोषणा के साथ रिलीज पत्र।
• प्रारंभिक और मुख्य परीक्षा के कॉल लेटर (सुरक्षित रूप से रखे जाने और मुख्य परीक्षा के लिए लाए जाने हैं)।
11. Application Procedure
Candidates can apply online only through the Bank's website. No other mode of application will be accepted. उम्मीदवार केवल बैंक की वेबसाइट के माध्यम से ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकते हैं। आवेदन का कोई अन्य तरीका स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।
Steps to Apply:
1. Register online through Bank's website: https://bank.sbi/web/careers/current-openings OR https://www.sbi.co.in/web/careers/current-openings - Recruitment of Junior Associates 2025.
2. Scan and upload photograph, signature, left hand thumb impression, hand-written declaration as per specified guidelines.
3. Fill the application carefully. A provisional registration number and password will be generated upon saving, allowing candidates to re-open and edit particulars up to three times.
4. After ensuring correctness, submit the data. No change/edit will be allowed thereafter.
5. Pay the requisite application fee through online mode by using debit card/credit card/Internet Banking.
6. On successful completion of transaction, e-receipt and application form with fee details will be generated. Print these for record, but do NOT send them to SBI.
7. Candidates are advised to apply online well before the closing date to avoid last-minute issues.
8. Not more than one application should be submitted by a candidate; in case of multiple applications, only the last valid (completed) application will be retained.
9. Helpdesk: For any problem in filling the form, payment of fee/intimation charges or receipt of Admission/call letter, queries may be made at telephone no. 022-22820427 (between 11:00 AM and 05:00 PM only on Bank working days) or lodge his/her query on http://cgrs.ibps.in. Candidates are advised not to forget to mention ‘Recruitment of Junior Associate-2025’ in the subject of the email.
