4. Educational Qualifications (शैक्षिक योग्यता):

Vice Principal/Head Mistress: Master’s Degree with B.Ed. and 5-7 years of experience in reputed schools.

PGT: Post Graduation in relevant subject with B.Ed.

TGT: Graduation in relevant subject with B.Ed.

PRT & NTT: Graduation with D.El.Ed./NTT certification.

Music, Dance, Art & Craft, Sports: Relevant degree or diploma with 4-5 years of experience.

5. Other Qualifications (अन्य योग्यताएँ):

Strong communication & interpersonal skills.

Passion for teaching & innovative teaching methods.

Knowledge of modern teaching tools & techniques.
