3. Detailed Description
The Graduate Trainee Officer (GTO) Cadre is a job program designed to prepare Business Leaders for Officer Level jobs in the Security Sector. The program structure includes 03 months of Basic Training at CTA Garhwa, followed by 02 months of On Job Training. Upon successful completion of training, candidates are employed in full-time jobs with one of the sixteen companies of SIS Group. The GTO Cadre has historically developed officers who rise to top management levels, forming the Core Management Team at various levels like zonal, divisional, regional, operations, and branch. With 38 batches already trained, over 2100 officers have become an integral part of SIS. The company has a unique culture of hiring and training and focuses on employee welfare and performance management.

ग्रेजुएट ट्रेनी ऑफिसर (जीटीओ) कैडर एक नौकरी कार्यक्रम है जिसे सुरक्षा क्षेत्र में अधिकारी स्तर की नौकरियों के लिए व्यावसायिक नेता तैयार करने हेतु डिज़ाइन किया गया है। कार्यक्रम की संरचना में सीटीए गढ़वा में 03 महीने का बेसिक प्रशिक्षण शामिल है, जिसके बाद 02 महीने का ऑन जॉब प्रशिक्षण होता है। प्रशिक्षण के सफल समापन पर, उम्मीदवारों को एसआईएस ग्रुप की सोलह कंपनियों में से किसी एक में पूर्णकालिक नौकरी पर रखा जाता है। जीटीओ कैडर ने ऐतिहासिक रूप से ऐसे अधिकारियों को विकसित किया है जो शीर्ष प्रबंधन स्तर तक पहुँचते हैं, क्षेत्रीय, मंडल, आंचलिक, परिचालन और शाखा स्तरों पर मुख्य प्रबंधन टीम बनाते हैं। पहले ही 38 बैचों को प्रशिक्षित किया जा चुका है, 2100 से अधिक अधिकारी एसआईएस का अभिन्न अंग बन गए हैं। कंपनी में भर्ती और प्रशिक्षण की एक अनूठी संस्कृति है और यह कर्मचारी कल्याण और प्रदर्शन प्रबंधन पर ध्यान केंद्रित करती है।
