It invites online applications from eligible Indian nationals for various trainee positions at its Bailadila and Donimalai Iron Ore Mines.

2. Detailed Description
This notification (No. 03/2025 dated 22.05.2025) covers OMR/CBT and Physical Ability/Trade Tests. The first level (OMR/CBT) is 100 marks, qualifying second level is mandatory. Minimum qualifying marks: SC/ST/PwBD-40, OBC(NCL)-45, UR/EWS-50. Ratio for level II test is 1:3. Physical/Trade Test cutoff: UR/EWS-40%, OBC(NCL)-37%, SC/ST/PwBD-30%. Candidates must produce original documents at level II. Training duration 18 months, stipend during training; post training absorption on success.

3. Roles and Responsibilities
Field Attendant (Trainee): Mine site assistance, material handling, safety compliance.
Maintenance Assistant (Electrical/Mechanical): Equipment upkeep, routine inspections, troubleshooting.
Blaster Gr.-II: Blast hole drilling, charging, firing under supervision.
Electrician/Electronics Technician Gr.-III: Electrical installations, fault diagnosis, circuit maintenance.
HEM Mechanic/Operator Gr.-III: Operation and maintenance of heavy earth-moving machinery.
MCO Gr.-III: Mechanical components assembly, basic servicing.
QCA Gr.-III: Sampling, quality checks, data reporting.

4. Age Limits
Minimum Age: 18 years
Maximum Age: 30 years (as on 14.06.2025)
Relaxation:
SC/ST: 5 years
OBC(NCL): 3 years
PwBD/Ex Servicemen/Departmental/Meritorious Sports Persons: As per Government norms

Maintenance Assistant (Electrical): ITI in Electrical trade
Maintenance Assistant (Mechanical): ITI in Welding/Fitter/Machinist/Diesel Mechanic/Auto Electrician
Blaster Gr.-II: Matric/ITI
Electrician Gr.-III: Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Electronics Technician Gr.-III: Diploma in Electronics Engineering
HEM Mechanic/Operator/MCO Gr.-III: Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering
QCA Gr.-III: B.Sc. (Chemistry/Geology)

6. Other Qualifications
Blaster Gr.-II: Blaster/Mine Mate & First Aid certificates; 3 years post qualification experience
Electrician Gr.-III: Industrial/Domestic Electrical Installations certificate
HEM Mechanic/Operator/MCO Gr.-III: Valid heavy vehicle driving license
QCA Gr.-III: 1 year post qualification sampling experience
