3. Detailed Description
This is a 2-year fellowship. Under this fellowship, 50 young professionals will be placed with various administrative departments as Senior Punjab Good Governance Fellows in Punjab at both the state and district levels. They will provide strategic and operational support in key priority areas and to bring about reforms in governance and improvement in project implementation while gaining considerable training and exposure. Recruited fellows will earn 1.20 lakhs per month all inclusive. They will also get an opportunity to pursue a certificate course Understanding Public Policy in India, which is offered by ISB Executive Education. ISB is the knowledge partner with the Government of Punjab for this fellowship and will lead the recruitment and capacity building of the chosen fellows.
