1. Detailed Description
Circle Based Officer (CBO) is a Junior Management Grade–I post in State Bank of India, responsible for customer acquisition, credit appraisal, business development, and branch administration across assigned Circle. Candidates must have a graduation in any discipline and a minimum of two years’ post-qualification experience as an officer in a Scheduled Commercial Bank or Regional Rural Bank.
सर्कल बेस्ड ऑफिसर (CBO) स्टेट बैंक ऑफ इंडिया में जूनियर मैनेजमेंट ग्रेड- I का एक पद है, जो आवंटित सर्कल में ग्राहक अधिग्रहण, क्रेडिट मूल्यांकन, व्यवसाय विकास और शाखा प्रशासन के लिए जिम्मेदार होता है। उम्मीदवार को किसी भी विषय में स्नातक की डिग्री और अनुसूचित वाणिज्यिक बैंक या क्षेत्रीय ग्रामीण बैंक में अधिकारी के रूप में योग्यता प्राप्ति के बाद कम से कम दो वर्षों का अनुभव होना चाहिए।

2. Roles and Responsibilities
• Handle customer acquisition and relationship management in the assigned Circle.
• आवंटित सर्कल में ग्राहक अधिग्रहण और संबंध प्रबंधन संभालना।
• Conduct credit appraisals for lending proposals and ensure compliance with RBI guidelines.
• ऋण प्रस्तावों के लिए क्रेडिट मूल्यांकन करना और आरबीआई दिशानिर्देशों का पालन सुनिश्चित करना।
• Drive business growth by cross-selling SBI products and services.

5. Other Qualifications
Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience as an officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank or Regional Rural Bank as on 30.04.2025.

10. Application Procedure
Online registration only. Upload scanned documents as per specifications, pay fee, and submit the form. No other mode of application will be accepted.

1. Create a valid email ID and keep your mobile number active until the final results are declared.

2. Scan your photograph, signature, left thumb impression, handwritten declaration, and all required documents (ID proof, date of birth proof, job profile, resume, educational certificates, experience certificates, Form 16, salary slip) as per the guidelines in Annexure II.

3. Visit https://bank.sbi/web/careers/current-openings, scroll to advertisement CRPD/CBO/2025 26/03 and click “Apply Online.”

4. Fill in the application form carefully. If you cannot complete it in one sitting, save your progress to receive a provisional registration number and password, which you can use to re open and edit until final submission.

5. Upload your scanned photograph, signature, left thumb impression and handwritten declaration in the respective fields. Then upload all other documents in PDF format under “Upload Documents.”

6. Preview each uploaded image to ensure clarity; if any image is unclear or smudged, re upload until it meets specifications.

7. Pay the application fee online using debit card, credit card or Internet banking via the integrated payment gateway. Transaction charges, if any, are to be borne by the candidate.
एकीकृत पेमेंट गेटवे के माध्यम से डेबिट कार्ड, क्रेडिट कार्ड या इंटरनेट बैंकिंग से ऑनलाइन आवेदन शुल्क का भुगतान करें। लेन देन शुल्क, यदि कोई हो, तो उम्मीदवार को वहन करना होगा।
8. After successful payment, an e receipt and system generated application form will be displayed—print and keep them for your records. Do NOT send printed copies to SBI.

9. Verify all details once more and click “Submit.” No corrections or edits will be allowed after this final submission.

10. Retain at least eight identical copies of the photograph you uploaded; they will be required at later stages (online exam, interview, document verification).
