Detailed Description
The Government of India under the Support for Statistical Strengthening (SSS) scheme invites applications for GIS Interns/Apprentices for 6 months to assist in GIS data collection and analysis at the block level. A stipend-based engagement will be offered to selected candidates.
भारत सरकार की "Support for Statistical Strengthening (SSS)" योजना के अंतर्गत, नियोजन विभाग द्वारा ब्लॉक स्तर पर GIS डेटा संकलन एवं विश्लेषण कार्य हेतु 6 माह की अवधि के लिए प्रशिक्षु/इंटरन की नियुक्ति की जाएगी। चयनित अभ्यर्थियों को वजीफा आधारित सेवा दी जाएगी।

• GIS data collection and analysis at block level
• Field-level data integration using GIS tools
• Mapping and spatial representation of government data
• Support planning and decision-making through GIS visuals

• फील्ड डेटा का GIS उपकरणों के माध्यम से एकीकरण
• सरकारी आंकड़ों का मानचित्रण और स्थानिक प्रस्तुतीकरण
• योजना निर्माण और निर्णय लेने में GIS विज़ुअल की सहायता

Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
• Geography
• Geoinformatics
• Environmental Science
• Civil Engineering
• Remote Sensing & GIS
• Urban Planning
• Computer Science
• Or Diploma in Civil/Computer Science
भूगोल, जियोइंफॉर्मेटिक्स, पर्यावरण विज्ञान, सिविल इंजीनियरिंग, रिमोट सेंसिंग व GIS, अर्बन प्लानिंग, कंप्यूटर साइंस में स्नातक या परास्नातक डिग्री या कंप्यूटर/सिविल में डिप्लोमा धारक।

• Knowledge of GIS is mandatory
