Detailed Description
लोक अभियोजन अधिनियम 2012 की धारा 39 के अंतर्गत महिला पीड़ितों को मानसिक और सामाजिक सहायता प्रदान करने हेतु सहायक व्यक्तियों की नियुक्ति की जानी है।
As per Section 39 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Assistant Persons are to be appointed to provide psychosocial support to women victims during investigation and trial stages.

Roles and Responsibilities
पीड़िता को काउंसलिंग, मार्गदर्शन, स्वास्थ्य, शिक्षा व पुनर्वास सेवाएं प्रदान करना।
To assist victims with counselling, guidance, health, education, and rehabilitation services.

Age Limits
Minimum Age: 25
Maximum Age: 60
Relaxation: As per state rules

Educational Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Work / Psychology / Child Development / Sociology or related fields

Other Qualifications
विकास कार्यों या कल्याण कार्यों में अनुभव होना चाहिए। चरित्र प्रमाण पत्र अनिवार्य है।
Experience in social welfare/development sector. Character certificate is mandatory.
