2. Detailed Description
SIDBI, a premier financial institution under the Parliament Act, is committed to supporting Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Through this recruitment, the bank seeks to fill positions of Assistant Managers (Grade A) and Managers (Grade B) in general as well as specialized streams (Legal & IT).

• Credit appraisal, sanction, and monitoring of MSME loans
• Handling recovery, NPA management, and legal follow-ups
• Contributing to policy, legal, IT, infrastructure, and analytics initiatives
• Participation in credit committees, policy formulation, digital banking, and risk management

Grade A: Graduation with 60% (Commerce/Economics/Mathematics/Engineering) or CA/CS/CFA/MBA
Grade B (General): Graduation (60%) or Post-Graduation (55%)
Grade B (Legal): Law Graduate with 50% marks
Grade B (IT): B.Tech/B.E. in CS/IT/EC or MCA with 60%

Relevant post-qualification work experience is mandatory for most posts. Preference will be given to candidates with certifications like JAIIB/CAIIB for banking roles and industry certifications (CISSP, CEH, AI/ML) for IT roles.
