This Uttarakhand Teacher Eligibility Test 2025 will be conducted at two levels: Primary Level (UTET-I) for classes I to V and Upper Primary Level (UTET-II) for classes VI to VIII. 6. Other Qualifications
• Passing the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) is only one mandatory qualification among the prescribed qualifications for appointment.
• Candidates who have passed the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) conducted by the Central Government will be eligible for appointment in all types of schools in the state, and the passing marks for reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC and Divyang) will be considered equivalent to the State Teacher Eligibility Test (UTET).
• Candidates who have passed the Teacher Eligibility Test (UTET) conducted by the State Government will be eligible for appointment in all such schools within the state that are under the State Government, aided by the State Government, recognized by the State Government, or affiliated with any National Education Board, provided they have been granted a No Objection Certificate by the State Government and fulfill the qualifications/conditions prescribed by the State Government from time to time.
• Candidates who have passed TET from other states will not be eligible for appointment in Uttarakhand.
• For Divyang (disabled) candidates, a scribe facility will be provided if needed, which must be mentioned in the online application form. The educational qualification of the scribe will be one level lower than the mandatory educational qualification for the examination (Intermediate level, but not lower than High School). Divyang candidates availing the scribe facility will receive 20 minutes of compensatory time per hour.

10. Required documents and assets
The following documents and assets will be required during the application process and on the day of the examination:
• For Online Application:
o Latest color photograph (05-100 KB, JPG format, 140x170 pixels)
o Signature (02-50 KB, JPG format, 180x70 pixels)
o Left thumb impression (10-150 KB, JPG format, 250x150 pixels)
o Photo Identity Proof (any one of Aadhar Card, Driving Licence, Voter ID, Passport, PAN Card)
• To be brought to the Examination Centre:
o Downloaded Admit Card
o Identity Proof (any one of Aadhar Card, Driving Licence, Voter ID, Passport, PAN Card, as mentioned in the application form)
o Blue/Black Ballpoint Pen
o A card board or clip board (with nothing written on it)
• For Special Circumstances (if applicable):
o Disability Certificate
o Copies of Appendix-5(I), 5(II), and 6 related to the scribe (to be submitted to the Council office 15 days prior to the exam date)
o Two latest photographs of the scribe
o Scribe's Identity Proof and Educational Qualification Certificate (mandatory to carry in original on the exam day)
11. आवेदन प्रक्रिया
आवेदन प्रक्रिया पूरी तरह से ऑनलाइन होगी। किसी अन्य माध्यम से भेजे गए आवेदन स्वीकार नहीं किए जाएंगे।

5. लॉगिन करें और आवेदन पत्र भरें: प्राप्त पंजीकरण संख्या और पासवर्ड का उपयोग करके "Applicant Login" पेज पर लॉग इन करें। "Apply for U-TET 2025" पर क्लिक करें।
6. आवेदन पत्र (Step 1) भरें: सभी अनिवार्य जानकारी सावधानी से भरें, जैसे परीक्षा का स्तर (UTET-I, UTET-II या दोनों), लिंग, जन्मतिथि, माता का नाम, पति का नाम (विवाहित महिलाओं के लिए), गृह जनपद, श्रेणी, उप-श्रेणी, दिव्यांगता की स्थिति (यदि लागू हो), श्रुतिलेखक की आवश्यकता (यदि लागू हो), पहली भाषा, दूसरी भाषा, विषय वर्ग (UTET-II के लिए), प्रशिक्षण योग्यता का विवरण और वर्ष, और पात्रता कोड। परीक्षा शहरों के लिए दो प्राथमिकताएँ चुनें। पत्राचार का पता और पहचान पत्र का विवरण भी दर्ज करें।

10. शुल्क भुगतान करें (Step 4): प्रदर्शित आवेदन शुल्क का भुगतान डेबिट/क्रेडिट कार्ड, UPI, या नेटबैंकिंग के माध्यम से करें। भुगतान निर्देशों का पालन करें। एक से अधिक बार शुल्क जमा होने पर उम्मीदवार स्वयं जिम्मेदार होगा, और शुल्क वापस नहीं किया जाएगा।
11. आवेदन का प्रिंटआउट लें (Step 5): शुल्क भुगतान के बाद, वेबसाइट पर "Print Application for U-TET 2025" पर क्लिक करके अपने आवेदन का प्रिंटआउट सुरक्षित रखें।
11. Application Procedure
The application process will be entirely online. Applications submitted through any other medium will not be accepted.
1. Download Information Brochure: First, candidates should download the brochure by clicking on "DOWNLOAD INFORMATION BROCHURE" on www.ukutet.com and carefully read the instructions.
2. Register New: Click on "Register New/नया पंजीकरण करें" on the website. Read the instructions, accept the terms and conditions, then click "Proceed to Registration".
3. Fill Registration Details: Enter your name, father's name, mobile number, and email ID in English capital letters. Do not use special characters.
4. OTP Verification: After submitting the details, verify by entering the OTP received on your mobile/email. Upon successful verification, you will receive a registration number and password.
5. Login and Fill Application Form: Log in on the "Applicant Login" page using the received registration number and password. Click on "Apply for U-TET 2025".
6. Fill Application Form (Step 1): Carefully fill in all mandatory information such as the examination level (UTET-I, UTET-II, or Both), gender, date of birth, mother's name, husband's name (for married women), home district, category, sub-category, disability status (if applicable), scribe requirement (if applicable), first language, second language, subject group (for UTET-II), details and year of training qualification, and eligibility code. Select two preferences for exam cities. Also, enter mailing address and identity proof details.
7. Save & Next: After filling the information, click "Save & Next".
8. Upload Photo, Signature, and Thumb Impression (Step 2): Upload a color photograph, signature, and left thumb impression in the specified size and format (JPG). Online tools are available. Click "Save & Next".
9. Review Application (Step 3): Review the filled application form and uploaded documents. If any error is found, corrections can be made using the "Previous" button. Check "Please Agree with Terms & Conditions" and click "Proceed to Payment".
10. Make Payment (Step 4): Pay the displayed application fee via Debit/Credit Card, UPI, or Net Banking. Follow the payment instructions. The candidate will be responsible for multiple fee submissions, and the fee will not be refunded.
11. Print Application (Step 5): After fee payment, securely save a printout of your application by clicking "Print Application for U-TET 2025" on the website.
